Ingredients#
- 2/3 to 1 cup quinoa
- 1 to 1-1/2 cup water or broth
Directions#
- Rinse the quinoa under cold running water to remove the bitter coating.
- Add quinoa and liquid to Instant Pot. You need a 1:1-1/2 ratio here.
- Pressure cook for 2 minutes on high, then natural release for 10 minutes.
- Fluff with a fork before serving.
