Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 milk
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 1-1/2 tsp chia seeds
  • 2 tsp brown sugar

Directions

  1. Combine all dry ingredients, then add milk.
  2. Mix well, refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, I like to add a spoonful of honey or maple syrup to make it slightly sweeter.
