Ingredients#
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/2 milk
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 1-1/2 tsp chia seeds
- 2 tsp brown sugar
Directions#
- Combine all dry ingredients, then add milk.
- Mix well, refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, I like to add a spoonful of honey or maple syrup to make it
slightly sweeter.
