Ingredients#
- 1 cup basmati rice
- 1 cup Toor Dal or Moong Dal
- 4 cups water
- 3 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- Achaar
- Ghee
Directions#
- Wash rice and dal thoroughly, the place in the Instant Pot.
- Add water, turmeric and salt.
- Pressure cook on high for 5 minutes, followed by a 10 minute natural release.
- Serve with achaar and ghee.
