Grape Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs green seedless grapes
  • 2 lbs red seedless grapes
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup crushed pecans

Directions

  1. Wash and stem grapes, then set aside.
  2. Mix sour cream, cream cheese, white sugar and vanilla by hand until blended.
  3. Stir grapes into the mixture and pour into a large serving bowl.
  4. Combine brown sugar and crushed pecans, then sprinkle over grapes until completely covered.
  5. Chill overnight before serving.
