Ingredients
#Shot Glasses
#- 12 jalapeños
- 2 tbsp tajin
- 2 tbsp lime juice
Cocktail
#- 1 lime
- 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and diced
- 2 oz lemon vodka
Directions

#- Cut of tops of the jalapeños and use a spoon or knife to remove the seeds and
whites from inside.
- Add tajin to cover the bottom of a small bowl.
- Dip each jalapeño in lime juice, then dip in tajin to rim the jalapeño.
- Set aside to dry.
Cocktail
#- Zest and juice the lime.
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine lime juice, zest,
strawberries, sugar, water and diced jalapeño. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Transfer to a blender and pulse once.
- Strain through a fine-mesh sieve.
- Add vodka and chill.
- Pour into each jalapeño shot glass immediately before serving.
