Ingredients#
- Up to 4 frozen boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup water, chicken broth, apple juice, etc…
- salt
- pepper
- other seasoning
Directions#
- Place chicken in the bottom of the Instant Pot. It’s OK if they are stacked, but they shouldn’t be stuck together.
- Pour in chosen liquid and add desired seasoning.
- Pressure cook on high for 11 minutes, then natural release for 5 - 10 minutes before quick releasing any remaining pressure.
