Ingredients
#- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cups butter, cut into small cubes
- 1 package pastel colored miniature marshmallows
- 2 cups flaked coconut
Directions
#- In a large sauce pan, melt the chocolate chips and butter over low heat. Stir
until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in marshmallows.
- Divide mixture into three portions, placing each portion on a piece of wax
paper covered in coconut.
- Using the waxed paper, shape each piece into a roll and wrap tightly in waxed
paper. Refrigerate until firm.
- Cut into 1/2 inch slices.
