Ingredients

  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cups butter, cut into small cubes
  • 1 package pastel colored miniature marshmallows
  • 2 cups flaked coconut

Directions

  1. In a large sauce pan, melt the chocolate chips and butter over low heat. Stir until smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in marshmallows.
  3. Divide mixture into three portions, placing each portion on a piece of wax paper covered in coconut.
  4. Using the waxed paper, shape each piece into a roll and wrap tightly in waxed paper. Refrigerate until firm.
  5. Cut into 1/2 inch slices.
