Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 cups brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 small package instant vanilla pudding
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2-1/4 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 package chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
  2. Beat butter, both types of sugar, pudding mix, eggs and vanilla in large bowl until creamy and fluffy.
  3. Slowly mix in flour and baking soda.
  4. Stir in chocolate chips.
  5. Drop by the tablespoonful onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
  6. Bake for 9 - 10 minutes.
