Ingredients
#- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 1 head broccoli, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3/4 cups parmesan cheese
- 1 lbs penne pasta
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
Directions
#- Add pasta, garlic, salt, pepper, olive oil and chicken stock to a large
skillet.
- Bring the pan to a boil over high heat, then cook the pasta for 6 minutes.
- Add chopped broccoli and butter, then cook for another 3 minutes.
- Lower heat to low and mix.
- Add heavy cream and parmesan, then cook for another 3 minutes.
- Season with additional salt and pepper if needed.
