Ingredients

  • 2 small packages raspberry jello
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 20 oz crushed pineapple, drained
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 21 oz blueberry pie filling
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions

  1. Dissolve jello in boiling water.
  2. Stir in drained pineapple.
  3. Add pie filling to mixture.
  4. Pour into 13x9 dish and chill until firm.
  5. Cream together sugar, vanilla, cream cheese and sour cream. Spread over chilled gelatin.
