Ingredients#
- 1 can beef broth
- 1 can french onion soup
- 2 tsp garlic
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1-1/2 pounds round eye steak
- black pepper
- salt
Directions#
- Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces, mince the onion and garlic then brown in a large pot with the oil until steak is brown and the onions are tender.
- Add the french onion soup, beef broth, salt and pepper, then simmer over low heat for 1 hour until the sauce is thick.
- Serve with mashed potatoes and green beans.
