Ingredients
#- 3/4 cups beer
- 1 lbs cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 tsp ground cayenne
- 1-1/2 tsp ground mustard
- 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
Directions
#- Peel the garlic and cut in half. Rub the cut sides over the inside of the
pot.
- In a bowl, combine the cheddar cheese, flour, ground mustard and cayenne; mix
to blend thoroughly.
- In the pot, combine the beer and worcestershire sauce, then heat until
bubbling.
- Gradually add the cheese mixture while stirring constantly. Cook until the
cheese has melted and the mixture is smooth and lump-free.
- Serve while warm or the cheese will solidify.
